Customer Service Guide

Welcome to the Trigg Leather on line store.  Everyone is welcome to shop here no matter if you do leather work as a hobby or if you are a large manufacturer.  If you are a business and would like to get wholesale prices please fill out one of our wholesale applications, user_register.php , once approved you will receive a user name and password.

Minimums

We do not have a minimum order on retail purchases. 

We do require a minimum order of $50 (wholesale), or your order will not be shipped.  

Terms

To keep our prices down we do not offer open accounts to any business or person.  We do accept PayPal payments.  Even if you do not have a PayPal account that is not a problem, you can still order from us. When you checkout it will ask if you have an account with PayPal just click yes or no.   PayPal  is one of the biggest and most reliable companies for credit card processing (http://www.paypal.com/). 

Shipping

All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt.   

Returns

All returns must be authorized by Trigg Leather, and shipped back prepaid within 3 days of receipt.  All returns must have an RA number printed on the outside of the box and on the invoice, to receive a RA number please email us at info@triggleather.net .  We will not accept returns on items that have been damaged or altered in any way, any sale items, special order items, specials, stocklots / overrruns, etc or scraps.  We do not give any type of refund, this includes but not limited to cash refunds, refunds / credit to credit cards, credit to paypal accounts, etc., but we will exchange or credit your in store account.

EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 1, 2010 ANY ITEM RETURNED TO TRIGG LEATHER FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM SHIPPED WILL HAVE A 25% RESTOCKING FEE CHARGED TO YOUR INSTORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE.
